Broccoli Cheese is so ridiculously easy. My mom used to make this all the time as a side to baked chicken or baked fish. The cheese is what lures me in. Actually, I love anything with cheese – anyone who knows me can attest to that. I grew up snacking on Kraft American singles, folding each slice into the smallest little squares.
