Broccoli Cheese

Broccoli Cheese is so ridiculously easy. My mom used to make this all the time as a side to baked chicken or baked fish. The cheese is what lures me in. Actually, I love anything with cheese – anyone who knows me can attest to that. I grew up snacking on Kraft American singles, folding each slice into the smallest little squares. So I bring to you a healthy-ish dinner side dish that takes almost no time at all.

 

 

Broccoli Cheese Recipe

 Ingredients

1 Broccoli Head
Sliced American Cheese
 

 Directions

Wash and cut broccoli into manageable pieces.
Steam the broccoli until tender.
Top with cheese slices and cover until melted. Ta da!
