3 Ingredient Fruit Yogurt Pouches Recipe

Makes 4–6 pouches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit fresh, frozen, or canned all work!
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt works too for a thicker consistency
  • 1 –2 Tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  • Add fruit, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water to thin it down slightly.
  • Pour into reusable food pouches and seal tightly.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 6 months.

That’s it! In just a few minutes, you’ll have a batch of homemade, healthy, and budget-friendly yogurt pouches that your kids will happily enjoy.
