cup
fruit
fresh, frozen, or canned all work!

cup
plain yogurt
Greek yogurt works too for a thicker consistency
1
–2 Tbsp honey
optional
Instructions
Add fruit, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water to thin it down slightly.
Pour into reusable food pouches and seal tightly.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 6 months.
