Easy BBQ Beef Ribs in the Oven

- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 kg 4 lbs beef back ribs
- ½ cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Step 1: Prep the ribs
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat generously with the spice mix. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
