Hot Honey Eggs

Ingredients
1
–2 tbsp honey
1
–2 tsp shatta
to taste
½
–¾ cup shredded mozzarella
3
eggs
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add honey and shatta to the pan and mix together.
Spread the honey mixture evenly across the bottom of the pan.
Add an even layer of shredded mozzarella.
Crack 3 eggs on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle with salt.
Cook uncovered until the eggs begin to set.
Cover the pan and cook until the whites are fully set and cheese is melted.
Fold one side over like an omelette.
Serve warm.
