Hot Honey Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 –2 tbsp honey
  • 1 –2 tsp shatta to taste
  • ½ –¾ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add honey and shatta to the pan and mix together.
  • Spread the honey mixture evenly across the bottom of the pan.
  • Add an even layer of shredded mozzarella.
  • Crack 3 eggs on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Cook uncovered until the eggs begin to set.
  • Cover the pan and cook until the whites are fully set and cheese is melted.
  • Fold one side over like an omelette.
  • Serve warm.
