Ramadan Date Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 soft dates pitted
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Double espresso
  • Ice

Instructions

Soften the dates if needed

  • If your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for 5–10 minutes or boil them for 10–15 minutes after removing the pits.

Blend the date mixture

  • Add the dates, milk, and heavy cream to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Prepare the glass

  • Fill a glass with ice.

Add espresso

  • Pour the double espresso over the ice.

Add the date cream

  • Pour the blended date mixture over the espresso.

Stir and enjoy

  • Give it a quick stir and enjoy your naturally sweet Ramadan latte.
