Instructions
Soften the dates if needed
If your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for 5–10 minutes or boil them for 10–15 minutes after removing the pits.
Blend the date mixture
Add the dates, milk, and heavy cream to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Prepare the glass
Fill a glass with ice.
Add espresso
Pour the double espresso over the ice.
Add the date cream
Pour the blended date mixture over the espresso.
Stir and enjoy
