Roasted Lemony Dill Potatoes with Garlic (Easy Side Dish Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon we’ll need the juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, dill, garlic, olive oil and salt
  • Lay on a sheet pan and roast for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Remove from oven and While hot, top with lemon juice
