Roasted Lemony Dill Potatoes with Garlic (Easy Side Dish Recipe)
Ingredients

large potatoes cut into wedges
2
tablespoons
fresh chopped dill
4
cloves
garlic
Salt to taste
3
tablespoons
olive oil
1
lemon
we’ll need the juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C
In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, dill, garlic, olive oil and salt
Lay on a sheet pan and roast for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through
Remove from oven and While hot, top with lemon juice
