Sheet Pan Crunchwrap Supreme (Easy Taco Bell Copycat Recipe)

Ingredients

For the Crunchwrap

  • 10 large flour tortillas enough to line the sheet pan
  • 1 can nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Shredded mozzarella or Mexican cheese blend
  • Olive oil

Homemade Taco Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  • Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and mix well until fully combined.

Step 2: Layer the Base

  • Line a large sheet pan with tortillas, letting them hang over the edges.

Step 3: Add Cheese Sauce

  • Spread the nacho cheese sauce evenly across the tortillas.

Step 4: Add Beef

  • Layer the seasoned ground beef over the cheese sauce.

Step 5: Add Crunch Layer

  • Add tortilla chips evenly over the beef.

Step 6: Add Fresh Toppings

  • Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Step 7: Fold

  • Fold the tortillas over the filling to fully close.

Step 8: Press + Brush

  • Brush the top with olive oil. Place another sheet pan on top and press down (add a cast iron skillet if needed).

Step 9: Bake

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Step 10: Slice and Serve

  • Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve like a giant crunchwrap.
