Mix shrimp with half of the garlic, half the olive oil, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon oregano, and 1 tablespoon dill. Stir well and set aside to marinate.
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a medium skillet, sauté onions and remaining garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add diced tomatoes and stir well. Season with smoked paprika, oregano, dill, and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the tomato mixture into a medium baking dish.
Add the marinated shrimp and gently mix.
Top with sliced olives and feta cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
Serve warm with crusty bread, over pasta, or alongside fluffy rice.
