Ingredients

package frozen paratha bread
Switz, thawed
Fresh zaatar leaves
finely chopped
1
small onion
finely diced
Olive oil
Salt
Sumac
Instructions
Chop zaatar leaves and mix with diced onion.
Add olive oil, salt, and sumac. Mix well.
Spread mixture over thawed paratha dough.
Fold into a square pastry.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Flip and bake another 15 minutes until golden.
