Zaatar Fatayer

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen paratha bread Switz, thawed
  • Fresh zaatar leaves finely chopped
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sumac

Instructions

  • Chop zaatar leaves and mix with diced onion.
  • Add olive oil, salt, and sumac. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture over thawed paratha dough.
  • Fold into a square pastry.
  • Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  • Flip and bake another 15 minutes until golden.
