At this point, my life has become the same question every single day: what are we cooking today?
That’s exactly why I started taking menu planning more seriously. When I sit down at the beginning of the week and map out a few meals, it saves me from standing in the kitchen at 4 PM trying to come up with something on the spot.
These BBQ chicken sliders came from one of those weeks where I completely ran out of ideas—but they ended up being such a hit. They’re easy, quick, and honestly one of those meals that just works every time. The best part? You can use pre-cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken and skip an entire step.
